CANCELLATION POLICY

With lots of thought, I am now implementing new cancellation policies. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require a 75% cancellation fee. With that being said, I am very understanding when emergencies happen so please reach out to me ASAP if you ever need to cancel to avoid having to pay this fee. If you ultimately decide to not show up to your appointment without giving me a notice, that is 100% on you but you WILL be required to pay 100% of the service fee. This fee must be paid before rebooking any future appointments with me. This may seem like a lot to some clients but with receiving multiple appointment reminders days in advance, this should give you enough time to reach out to me beforehand if you need to reschedule. If you are ever running behind, I totally get it! I give a grace period of 15 minutes after your appointment starts for you to arrive. I just ask that you show up on time or reach out if you are running behind. You arriving late may put me behind schedule and I don’t do my best work when I am feeling rushed!
